T-Mobile G1 is the first smartphone to use the Android platform an open-source initiative announced by Google. G1 handset integrates Google's online services in Mobile. It in built features contains 3.2" 320 x 480 pixel touchscreen display, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 3G and 3.5G support, WiFi, GPS (plus a digital compass), Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity, microSD expandable memory.
